Hi everyone! I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to share Japanese language and culture with you.
I was born and raised in Aichi, Japan, and later moved to Arizona for university. Living in the United States helped me realize how much I love Japan—its food, nature, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and kindness of people.
After returning to Japan, I noticed that tourism had grown a lot. While many people truly love and respect Japan, misunderstandings between locals and tourists sometimes happen. That made me realize something important: people who learn the Japanese language often understand and respect Japanese culture much more deeply.
I have been teaching Japanese since I was 18 years old, and I love seeing students connect with Japan through the language. Language reflects culture, values, and the way people think. My goal is not only to teach Japanese, but also to help people feel closer to Japan and enjoy more meaningful experiences here.
I hope to help create better connections between Japanese people and international visitors, so everyone can feel welcomed, respected, and happy together in Japan.
